After graduating from the Advanced School of Tourism Education of Rhodes and securing a scholarship for the Center International De Glion in Switzerland, Miltos specialized in the mass catering industry at the Montana educational faculty. His extensive experience in the culinary world ranges from working in hospitality as a member of the Hilton catering team to serving as Catering Production Manager at Swissair. For several years, Miltos has been Director Executive Chef and Research Development Manager for VIVARTIA group, one of the largest food and beverage companies in Greece. He has been elected President of the Hellenic Chefs Federation and is a member of the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) and the Mediterranean Culinary Federation. Miltos is also a certified judge in the Bocuse d’ Or gastronomy competition and a WORLDCHEFS certified judge at many international culinary competitions.
